Our committee
Our constitution is agreed by the club committee at the AGM.

We are committed to the Health and Safety, Welfare and Safeguarding culture, to promote the enjoyment of the sport.
We are affiliated with England Athletics and follow and agree to the policies as specified on their website. This is to ensure that runners have a fun, enjoyable and safe envorinment; and so we apply best practises of welfare and safeguarding to all of our runners.
We are an inclusive, supportive, friendly club and we challenge bullying, harrasment or otherwise bad behaviour; whilst treating members and volunteers fairly and with the utmost respect.
The Committee has overall responsibility for the club's direction and day-to-day business with delegated responsibility for certain roles e.g. Safeguarding and Welfare. The Lead Welfare Officer has received suitable safeguarding training and run leaders are also trained appropriately.
