Join Torrington Amateur Athletics Club’s Couch to 5K Programme, starting Monday February 23rd, and take your first steps toward a fitter, healthier you. Whether you’re completely new to running or getting back into it after a break, this 10-week, supportive programme is designed to guide you all the way to confidently completing a 5K — and feeling great while you do it.

Weekly group runs that gradually build your ability from the basics to running 5km
