Every year at TAAC we host our annual Christmas run - 9 miles of mud, forest trails, rivers and hills that participants love. What better way is there to kick off Christmas celebrations?

Good vibes, post race puddings, mince pies and mulled wine create one of the most challenging multi-terrain runs in the South West! Our locally renowned caper was previously voted Devon Race of the Year.

Our 2022 event took place on Sunday 19th December and was a brilliant success, especially after 2 years of pandemic-caused inaction. See race results at the bottom of the page.

The Caper is made possible by the generous support of Clinton Devon Estates, Robert Squire and Glen Bealey who kindly allow access to their land. Please run respectfully.

'It is a great run, so much fun (mostly!) and a fantastic atmosphere. Everyone is friendly despite their pain! And the marshals are all amazing, friendly and encouraging'

"Great event, thanks for putting it on, much better than going to the pantomime"
